Remove the unit from your vehicle and send it to us, we can attempt to repair the issue within 24 hours of receipt and return it to you with next working day delivery. If the unit is not repairable, we will return the unit to you and send you a £50 refund.
If it is the version with 2 SD card slots, we will also activate App Connect / Smart Link and Voice Control as part of this service.
