To prevent damage in transit, please wrap your head unit in bubble wrap and cardboard, ensuring the screen, cable connections and mounting tabs are sufficiently protected.

Please include a piece of paper with your name, address, telephone number and eBay user ID/web order number. If we have any issues, we will contact you by phone.

Place the wrapped head unit in a suitable strong cardboard box. If you do not have any boxes available, please try your local corner shop or supermarket (the boxes used by Walkers Crisps are the perfect size).

The box must be taped across all cut edges to prevent it opening in transit.

With regards to insurance, this is up to you. We send our parcels with DPD & Royal Mail Tracked 24 without additional insurance and haven't needed to submit a loss/damage claim, however we will not be responsible for damage on items received or sent so if you would like insurance for your return postage, please let us know and we will contact Royal Mail for a quote on your behalf.

Finally, if you could message us once dispatched with the tracking number, we can keep our eye on this and start work as soon as it arrives.

Our service has a same day turnaround from the time we receive it. For the fastest service, we recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (order postage label online and drop off at your local post office). Other couriers are perfectly fine but they deliver to us later in the day which in turn delays the dispatch until the next working day.
